Payments and Refunds
Event tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Digital products are final sale. Physical products may be exchanged within 14 days if damaged or defective.

All participants are expected to engage with respect and care. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct conflicts with our community values, without refund.
