Creating Space for Conscious Care
& Well-Being.
I’m an author, speaker and conscious wellness facilitator who delivers conversations, workshops, and embodied wellness experiences for organizations and communities. My work helps teams build clarity, connection, and sustainable ways of working by embedding care and well-being into everyday practice.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Because thriving is collective
Well-being cannot be sustained when it is treated as an individual responsibility.
My work centres collective wellness, supporting people in creating healthier cultures through community-centred facilitation, reflection, and embodied practice. By moving beyond surface-level wellness, I help people and systems build sustainable ways of working and living that prioritize health, connection, and long-term growth.

LOVE FROM CLIENTS
“Eboni was very well received by our junior and intermediate classes. So well received, we had to book her twice. Our students were captivated by her. Her compassionate energy created a safe environment for students to explore and share their personal affirmations. We would love to have her back.”
- Sadia Mahmood, Teacher-Librarian
She created an empowering space and respite for Black women in a world where our esteem is constantly challenged. She's a wonderful, effective, and passionate facilitator, and I would definitely recommend her to others.”
- Petra Amoako, MSW RSW & Program Facilitator
"In a time when Black women really need to be supported and celebrated, A Year of Black Girl Magic is exactly what we need to feel valued, held, and reminded that we are worthy. Every Black woman should have this book so that they get daily reminders of their intrinsic magic."
